Delete your DiasporaHub account
You can delete your account and the data that goes with it at any time, in the app or here on the website.
How to delete it
- In the DiasporaHub app: open the Account tab, scroll to the bottom and choose Delete account.
- On the website: sign in, open Settings, then Delete account. The button below takes you there.
- Type the confirmation word shown on screen and your password. The account is deleted straight away.
What happens when you delete it
- Your jobs, listings, posts and comments go with the account.
- Your identity document, your CVs and your photo are deleted from storage.
- Your subscription is not cancelled here. Cancel it in the App Store or Google Play first, or you keep paying for an account that no longer exists.
- You can create a new account with the same email address later.
What we keep
Only what the law requires us to keep: a record that the account was deleted, and records of moderation decisions and payments. The privacy policy has the detail.
Cannot sign in? Write to us from the email address on the account and we will delete it for you.support@diasporahub.app
