Romanian-Speaking Customer Support Advisor

We are growing our Romanian-language support desk and looking for advisors to look after customers by phone, email and live chat. You will handle billing questions, account changes and general queries, and escalate the more technical cases to our second line team. Most contacts are resolved on first response once you know the systems. You will need fluent Romanian and comfortable working English. Previous contact-centre experience is useful but not essential. The four-week paid training course covers the products and the tools. This is a hybrid role: two days in the office, three from home, on a Monday to Friday shift pattern with no weekend work.
